How We got Started

Pan & Thai Tea Bakery is a homemade bakery based in North Hollywood, California, founded in October 2025 by Mariajose and her husband. What started as a family dream, supported by loved ones and our church community, has grown into a celebration of faith, family, and culture.

Our bakery brings together the comforting flavors of Guatemalan pan dulce with the bold, creamy notes of Thai tea. From Thai tea–infused conchas and cachitos to our best-selling Salvadoran sweet cheese pound cake, every item is made with care and meant to be shared.

We specialize in catering-style boxes, thoughtfully priced and always paired with complimentary Thai tea. Everything we make is best enjoyed with coffee, loved ones, and gratitude to God for making this journey possible.
